We ship nationwide within 1-3 days of payment.
Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.
ForevaV cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped.

Refunds and exchanges:
We are more than happy to exchange/refund unworn and undamaged items only once if sizing is off. Please email info@forevav.co.za should you wish to exchange your items. Please note there is a R180.00 postage charge for any refunds. This is to cover any collection and redelivery costs that may incur.
